These aspects are especially crucial WHEN IT COMES TO ORGANIZATIONAL AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, which often comes at least partially on top of the ongoing operational work!

How do I support you in taking the right steps in the right way?

Within my areas of expertise (see below), I support you in my role as an external sparring partner through review, challenge, guidance, advice, and, when needed, as a hands-on consultant for implementation. Note that sometimes just a few focused work meetings or a workshop suffice! While we focus on concrete solutions, you will also further develop your self-steering in your thinking, decision-making, and actions. (I call it self-steering rather than self-leadership because it also involves direct and goal-oriented steering.)

Change process? Consider also sparring/coaching of key persons!

 

In every change process, certain persons have a particularly significant impact on the success and smoothness of the project. This may be due to their formal role or their informal influence.

It is then often especially effective to combine consulting with individual sparring/coaching for those specific persons, so that they can contribute optimally in a way that also fits them!
